This video is promoting the up and coming game Alan Wake. Alan Wake is an interesting game as it looks at light as a weapon and discovery tool. While this is not an unexplored topic e.g. Splinter Cell the way in which this is used is certainly one of the more interesting ways I have seen it used in along time. From this perspective Alan Wake has the potential to be a great game as well as being an academic reference for games in the future.
